With the MAL-SMS-Compact 70/ EVO IV diesel abrasive suction unit by manual handling of the suction hose by the operator, the used abrasive including contamination is sucked back to feed the abrasive separation.
Application
The machine casing is built from reinforced steel profiles. The frame built from profile tubes is executed as transport skid with extendable legs on which the machine is placed for operation. The unit can be loaded on to the transport facility by either forklift or crane. The respective lifting facilities are incorporated in the design.
The noise attenuated engine room is integral part of the sturdy steel construction. The total construction incorporates the suction unit, the motors, the dust collection system and the electric.

XL Suction
This machine is designed to suck back, reclaim and recycle non-expendable abrasives as well as the blasted off impurities.
In principle, this machine can process all commercially sold abrasives. Before using this machine we recommend a consultation with either the machine manufacturer or the supplier of the abrasive. The main difference to the model “Kombi++” is the further increased suction capacity – see product specification/comparison product specification.
Application
In general everywhere where non-expendable abrasives are used. This mobility particularly means less cost in setting up the site facilities, no further demand on abrasive during operation and shorter down time of customers’ plant/equipment, which results in a quotation-advantage for the contractor.
The abrasive stays in the system, only blasting debris are separated. The main applications are renovation and rehabilitation of power plants, steel construction, hydromechanical steel structures, bridges, penstocks and storage tanks (e.g. petrochemical facilities, tank farms etc.).
